Intava is a growing software company on the Eastside, and a leading supplier of in-store technologies for retailers. Intava is seeking a part-time bookkeeper and office manager to oversee all administrative and accounting responsibilities. We offer a small, highly flexible work environment where you can work independently and apply your accounting skills.
Position Description & Responsibilities
In this position, you would have all accounting responsibilities and report directly to the CEO. Work hours are flexible, with about 15 hours per week required. Responsibilities include:
- Chart of accounts and general bookkeeping
- Accounts receivable and billing
- Accounts payable
- Bank account reconciliation
- Travel reimbursement processing
- 401(k) and health insurance plans
- Payroll taxes and filings (multi-state)
- Annual income tax return (with support of accounting firm)
- Reporting (P/L, A/R, A/P, cash flow projections)
- Office management (supplies, shipping, etc.)
Qualifications
- 4+ years QuickBooks experience with thorough knowledge
- 4+ years experience being the sole bookkeeper for a business (experience in all areas)
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Good written communication skills

Hourly rate DOE.
